We are Private Ltd. Company having registered office at Indore ( M.P.)
Our customer( Debtor) has registered office at Jaipur ( Rajasthan )
We have supplied goods to them from our Baroda Unit to their Baroda unit in Gujarat.
Since the business transaction were carried in Gujarat, we feel that we can proceed under IBC Act before NCLT, Ahmadabad bench, despite the fact that the debtor is having their registered office at Jaipur.
The Purchase order issued by our debtor has condition that all matters will be subject to Baroda Juridiction.
Is there any circular for juridiction of NCLT in such matters ?
