Idea metsetter e1732

i have purchased IDEA netsetter E1732 in Idea gallery at thane, Tembinaka, Near Chintamani Jewller.

it is 3G netsetter, But from the day I connected it is not reaching at proper speed it show 0.00 to 500 kbps speed,

there is not coutinuety in the speed,

Can I retrun the netsetter to idea.?

Dear sir/madam,

This is with referene to invoice no. 054536215

I have started the connection of internet on 26^th December 2011 . At that time the officer in your Idea Gallery at Tembhi Naka, Near Chintamani Jwellers , Thane (w) told me that I will get 4GB extra upto 31^st March 2012, And every month i will get 2 GB instead of 1 gb as per revised plan.

Finally I got bill dated 7^th jan 2012 of Rs 2039/-.

But I have not used 2GB during that period as per the attached paper.

Why your gallery people is misguide people? Why they don’t know proper information?

Is my mistake that I trust Idea?
