Ok if someone got access to bank statements of wife and FIL and MIL (ILLEGALLY). where the wife account shows a good amount of money being transferred from wife's account showing she is financially rich. She has files DV and asked for maintenance how could I present those document to the court. The next DV date is fixed for arguments. The girl has fled India and is in Australia.
If he asks court it can be denied as its personal info. If he shows it how to prove where he got info. He is showing the info until the time she was in the matrimonial home but how to show info after it. whats the way around.
He is planning to file written arguments with the arguments. whats the best time to tell the magistrate I want to submit written arguments. He plans to do it just after the complainant advocate leaves the court after the verbal arguments are done just to make it hard for the magistrate to give unfavourable judgement. In case of unfavourable judgement, he will have a strong appeal in session based on written arguments.
