I am suresh menchirel , president of an N G O, MAHITI SEVA SAMITI, were sitting on hunger strike since 10/2/14 , before the commissioner of police for natural justice to a lady, who was misbehaved /harassed by a senior police Inspector, at Aurangabad ,Maharashtra.That on 15/2/14 at 3pm around 60 police men under the leadership of an A C P came there and destroyed the tent arrested us by force . We were charged with 135 Bombay police Act and section 309 IPC to victim lady. After 6 hours granted bail from police station! This a clear corrupt step of third class governance. My request to you all is please direct me to how to put the said police in a case under section 166 IPC or any other section ? please advise. with regards suresh menchirel
