Please guide as to which forum should be approached for redressal of grievance with regard to illegal cancellation of flat by the builder taking shelter of one sided and arbitrary clauses in the Flat Buyer Agreement. Though Competition Commission of India has decided against DLF treating it to be in dominant position in the relevant market but it may not apply to other players for want of they being not in dominant position i.e. necessary for taking up the matter before Competition Commission of India.
