how can I get help to demolish the illegal construction

you have to file suit for declaration of title and for possession along with, to demolish the building. Before that you have to file interim petition along with suit, not to construct futher in the said land Without injunction you cannot stop them to construct builing in the said land.

For any illegal encroachment or construction it is prudent and advisable to submit a complaint to the Municipal corporation,as there are stringent building & construction rules in place providing penalties and imprisonment.
