I am a widow &senior citizen. I have 1 son & 3 daughters which are married. My son Kishore dhawane (age 50) was not staying with us since his love marriage @ 25 years back. As his relations were not good with us, my husband made registered will deed in 1995 and nominated me and my 3 daughters for the only house property. My husband expired on 31-12-2010, since then I stay alone in my house. In December 2013 my knee was broken and i went to my daughter’s house for medication at Nagpur. I came to know from neighbors that my son has illegally entered into my house with some goons and started staying there. I went to give police complain with my daughters to Civil line police station Akola. The police Inspector Mr.Savkare did not take our complain and asked us to go to court. From there we went to S.P.Office Akola and submitted our written complain on 23-10-2013 regarding illegal encroachment in my house by Mr. Kishore dhawane when i was out of station. I am staying with my daughter in Aurangabad as my house is illegally encroached by Mr. Kishore Dhawane.Hence please help me to get back my house and give justice to senior citizen & widow person. The details of police complain is attached herewith. Please give justice to me.
