I am been filled in false case of 498,506,34, crpc 125 by my wife who use to stay with me in abroad and left to india in order to exort money from me and my family. Since she filled all those cases and though its still not sufficient for her she sent a letter to my office for them to help her to get me out from my organisation. Since in abroad people are not that fool enough where they can chuk there employee in such wage letters. So is there a way I can show her letter in my case against her where she tries to take away my job and harm my reputation at my work.
1) What bennifits will I get against those charges filled by her at my case fighting
2) Can I make a complaint against her where she tries to bring my reputation and my job down and how?
3) Is there any act in IPC where I can file a case against her though I have the letters which she wrote to my company
