I purchased a Flat in group house. Stilt+G+2 panchyat approval. Total 9 Flats (Each floor having 2 DB and 1 TB) Builder constructed one long room in stilt floor and he not included common area in each flat built up area, that is he constructed his own . Total site share belongs to 9 Flat owners as per development agreement. My question is
have any rights to builder to purchase a room which is constructed in stilt floor? .
Because Stilt floor is only for parking .
And one more doubt is
Is there any right to builder to give undivided share(Extent) to buyer out side the Flat area?
Please suggest…….
