Immunity to Tenants

Good morning to all members,

the news was published that as per recent court judgement, the tenant may get immunity of five years against eviction from the property in case they are regularly paying rent as per market rate.

Kindly examine and express your opinion on

1. the impacts of this judgement

2. five years period shall be from which date?

3. what can be other grounds of filing eviction against the tenants?

the judgment has not been read properly. what the apex court has said is by way of suggestions for a model rent agreement to reduce the litigations between landlords snf tenants.
