There is one chart of existing row ( right of way ) is published by the department of electronics and technology in the project report of NHAI.
This project report in detail can be seen by searching Akola Medsi project report in Google search.
There is one separate section 1.4.2 for this row ( widdth of road ) in this report.
There is clearly mentioned existing row , this row is not marked on road map and pillars are also not available on route.
But Project Director NHAI does not agree for this. He stated that this is a typical and can not be utilized for forest or land acquisition purpose. This is prepared only for preliminary survey.
Therefore please advise me how to pleed this in
my land acquisition case in the office of Commissioner.

Dear Mr. Bhikha,
You may plead that according to the land acquisition under the National Highways acts, 1952, Central Government find any land for its use like for operation of highway or Public building may officially announce it's intention for future use in official gazettes.
