I filed a divorce case in India in 2008. In response my ex filed a RCR and both were adjudicated in her favor last year.
Following which I filed a divorce case in the US and simultaneously filed an appeal of the trial court verdict in the high court. The US court has granted the divorce - she did not contest the divorce in US.
How will this impact my appeal? The appeal has not been admitted yet. Will there be any issues with admitting the appeal in the Indian high court?

US court verdit shall not have any impact on the present appeal as it is uncontested. You need to put up your grounds of appeal before the high court. Court shall also will not take cognizance of her in the divorce proceedings at us.
