Impersonating in exam

i am accused of impersontaing in an exam.under 420,419,34 sections.

can i get out of this if the teacher who submitted the FIR takes it back?

it is a criminal case against the state. What can be the maximum punishment in this case

and my lawyer has dragged the case and i am sure he is overcharging me for nothing.the case has prolonged since 2011.can i have the chances of quashing the case? are there any good lawyers out there?thankyou in advance.

FIR can not be taken back.

The sections referred in your post on which the criminal case are pending against you are compoundable in nature, if the defacto complainant makes an application to this effect, the case may be compounded, try it.  If you are not satisfied with your lawyer , please change the lawyer.
