Are you a Petitioner???

Be Prepared for a long battle and also retain your patience.

You have to come a right forum at the right time.

If mediation failed in 15 days then............

councellor tries for another attempt to hold talk.

else tries for out of court settlement and by 'mutual consent' way

and if that is accepted by both parties terms of mutual consent are negotiated

and if terms are not aggreeable to another party then...

both parties come back to square one...........

Then the councellor sends report to judge that 'recon or settlement not possible'

then judge orders the other party to file 'say' etc.

It takes around 10 sittings atleast.

It's upto your lawyer to get daily sitting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (one can only imagine that scenario)

rough estimate: 3 months to file 'say' of another party.

and a real surprise comes after that!!!!! (case doesn't even move an inch for next 12 months atlest. take my word)

You may send me PM if you have doubts.

When all this is going on, best to go in for a discreet live-in relationship. No point in letting the golden years waste away after some cantenkerous b****
