whether the following deeds/documents need to be executed in the presence of witness in india 1. Hypothecation Deed 2. Personal & Corporate Guarantee 3. Deed of Sale with relevant laws

Dear Mazharul,

The documents like gift deed, mortgage deed, will etc. are compulsorily attestable documents.

All the three documents mentioned in ur query do not require attestation(witness for the execution) as per law.
