Incorrect facts enumerated in Kalandra for 107/151 crpc

I am 5 yr married 15 month baby. Due to agression and intolerable nature of wife throwing objects at me I left my house and informed local police via application about misbehave of wife and added that I will be living in my friends home till She get normal. I also called my mother in-law to take care of her and baby at my home. After 2 days my wife with her mother called 100 and told police that I have not returned to home. After getting call from HC I met him at my home. HC got an written complaint against me from wife about dowry beating bla bla.. A Kalandra of 107/151 crpc was prepared mentioning factitious information that while on patrolling head Constable saw croud and loud abusive voice bla bla.. After medical I was presented to SEM office where I was granted bail and next date. I got a chance to cross Q? my wife in SEM office where she answered my queries that no croud was present whatever has happened it was within four walls of home. Also I join them directly from office after getting call from police. Facts enumerated in Kalandra are fictitious Information and cross Q? written statement are telling different story. How should I deal with this to get rid of crpc and makimg things in my favor to ask megistrate to investigation with IO? This has wasted lot of time and money in travelling. Is this immediate arrest effect in applying for passport or future verifications as criminal sort of record? Thanks Satyam
