Thanks for asking elaboration.
The land has been purchased by the father in the name of his minor son through exectuting a registered sale deed. The same land is now under acquisition by the central govt. for connstructing a new railway line. The central govt. will pay the appropriate amount of compensation to the land owner and in return the land loser will have to sign the indemnity bond [stating that he is in receipt of proper compensation and he has not made any false claim and if found false, he will be legally bound to repay the amount he received.]. Now, since the land owner is a minor ( below 18 years), can he sign such bond? If not, who else?
