INDEMNITY BOND FOR TITLE OF PROPERTY

A PURCHASER OF LAND WANT INDEMNITY AGAIST LOSSES WHICH MAY SUFFER FROM GETTING BAD TITLE  IN PROPERTY AND AGAINST FUTURE LITIGATION IN PURCHASED PROPERTY CAN HE GET THE BOND FROM PURCHASER?

WHAT IS THE STAMP DUTY PAYABLE ON BOND IN GUJARAT?

IF FUTURE LOSS IS UNCERTAIN THAN CAN A PARTY ENTER INTO BOND FOR UNCERTAIN AMOUNT ?

in the sale deed itself there is a clause  i.e., due to vendor any loss sustained by the purchaser the vendor will indemnify the loss.its an implied condition

so.you neednt go for an seperate indemnity bond

even thoug you want to execute an indemnity bond as per my knowledge the contents must be in affidavit formate and duly attested by an notary and affix adhesive stamps to that affidavit
