Index2 of correction deed

Should index2 of correction deed mention all property details again or is it ok if it only mentions the correction and the document number where the mistake appeared?
I have got correction deed done for date in agreement to sale. The index2 of correction deed mentions the correction and the document number where mistake appeared. It doesn't include the flat number or project name.

The correction deed has the property details but they are not present on index2 of correction deed. What can be done in this case

Correction deed mentions those which are to be corrected and mentions the original document No.  and date, except for those specific corrections, the entire facts stated in the original deed remain unaltered and need not be repeated in correction deed.  The general reference to such a deed is sufficient.  Personally contact the Sub-registrar as he is supposed to verify for the details of such property and correction details.
