what is indian law regarding indian muslim man marrying second time?is permission of first wife mandatory.

As per the islamic Sheriyat and muslim.personal.law without the consent of the first wife husband cannot marry another wife.
if he does so you can file a case accdg to Protection of muslim women's Act.
