I got married 3months ago in india and have registered the marriage in India.
Soon after marriage we moved to US-California . Its been 3 months and there are lot of incompatability issues.
We decided to get seperated mutually and want to get a divorce here in california.
Will the divorce here be valid in india. Please advice.
