Indian mobile & data service providers frauds

Greetings Lawyers,

I am experiancing MTS, Airtel, Reliance, Vadofone are cheating post paid customers. I'm using Airtel 4G data connection from April 2015 onwards and every month consumptions is less than 5-6gb. November onwards Airtel started sending SMS alert about completed package of 10GB per month and making to buy smart pack additional data at comfortable cost. Last month 27th purchased 10GB at cost of 1000 for office work purpose thought of thinking of comsumed all 10gb at 4g speed, 4g speed at 128kbps speed. Not even completed 4 days speed dropped down to 32kbps on 5th day, when questioned them by frastraction and arguments finally Airtel person saying that consumption of data not even 2gb and will be reduce to 6GB package cost and balance Rs.400 will not changed and will be waved off in billing. Last month cheated me like this and finally waveoff Rs.800. Now average Rs.600 cheating per person per month

Now understand like me many Indians are used PostPaid Data & Voice connections and simply paying by looking bill value. How many are got cheated by Airtel, Reliance, MTS, Vadafone companies. An average Rs.600 per person per month extra charged without being using of thier service. In year 2014 had 314 million prepaid customer x Cheating amount Rs.600 per person per month = 1884 Crores per month cheating happening from ISP. 

I am filing in consumer court about cheating for my case to get my all extra money cheated by spending Rs.45 and half day spending time with Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or hitting Airtel person in Airtel office until I get my money back. But some one should file case to protect common middle class families who unknowling getting cheated from TOP ISP like Airtel, Reliance, MTS, Aircel, Vadafone. 

I am looking good lawyer to support to file case against large issues to gain back the loss occured for innocent middle class families who are spent money all these years assuming all ISP charges are true.

Record all calls/meetings (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted).

Reduce the discussions in writinng addressed to customer care,under proepr acknowledgment, and attach call recordings.

Build irrefutable record.

Demand compensation and compensation policy, in writing.

Escalate to MD, Chairman TRAI,DoT.

Approach DCDRF.

 

Register thru NGO's also.Invlove media.

Lodge complaint against fraud.
