My father who is Sambalpuri Bhuliya of Odisha fled to Assam before my birth.Here he married Dhaka of Bangladesh origin girl who is my mother.From my birth my mother language is Dhaka of Bangladesh because my parents imposed that language as my mother language.
I belongs to poor family so l make hard effort to get higher education up to graduate.
But as my mother language is Dhaka of Bangladesh I have not accepted in Odisha family.Likewise my maternal family never accepted me goodly.
There's not any Bhuliya community family in Assam.
Also having education in Bengali but considering my Bhuliya root I have not got establishment in State Government of Assam job and victimized many of times.
Can I ask for central government to establish me in Bhuliya community of Odisha so that I can apply State Government of Odisha job and make a family in my root community?Also advised me which department of Government is better to solve the issue Administrative or judicial?
