We are planning to buy Panchayat land , in that land small house is there. The land is in ChennanaHalli, Magadi road, bangalore. I want to know, which all information we need to collect from owner. Actual owner is expired and hyis children are selling the property. Since its Panchayat, loan is also not avaiable. Approched once Cooprative bank and theu siad they can.
So please suggest me, what information we need to get from owner before doing any further step. and whether BDA NOC is required for this property, this is my fiirst property, which i am not sure what needs to be done?
