I had applied for a passport , at that point of time i did not had any pending case against me in the courst but at present there is one pending court case against me ..and now my passport has been declined & even i got a letter from the passport department asking for the reason to serve why did i apply for the passport when i had a case.. but the fact is when i applied there was no case against me.
Please suggest what need to be done now as i have no clue on it .
