inherited property (women profety right)

my mother's mom dad died many years ago .their inherited property (agriculture land )is in the name of their sons (wife) and grandsons. my mother have two sisters. now can my mother (personally) legally try for profety?

my mother have two sisters two brothers.my grand father (my mother father)died so many years ago.his inherited property (agriculture land) transferred name of his sons grand sons.can my mother legally try for that property?
