Injuction order case

Dear Sir/Madam

My Mother has a rice mill and she is a old lady aged 67 years.

Our  Tenant  has filed a case before after finishing of the lease of rice mill. He has filed a case for injuction order before 2.5 years. and it is running in the court of sirpur of Adilabad District.

we had once information from our lawyer from that there is judgement on that before 2 months.

again it is delayed. again he says that case in pending.

1. From 2 years rice mill is closed and we are not getting any money from that.

2. My mother is suffering for money .

3. And also we had spend again on electricity bills- paying money on that

My Questions are

1. Can we go to any Higher court stating that. we need the progress of the case

2. Can we directly go to high court file a petition stating the above reason , My mother is old and we not able to pay electicity bills.

Kindly help me on above questions

You can submit before the court  to pass the judgement.  You can write to The registrar of High court complainaing about not pronouncing the judgement.
