Injustice to Ex.serviceman(Senior Citizen).Justice given ..

Injustice to Ex.serviceman(Senior Citizen).Justice given to Money & Muscle Power.

Dear Learned Expert SKJ Advocate  Sir, Re-Yr

This is not shouting but instead, exposing the relevant feedback, of a litigant’s experience in courts, so that other aggrieved litigants (common man’s) also come forward to give feedback seeking justice through this public platform, for the experts to also know of the reality in courts. Exposure of the truth may be bitter to some to digest, is also true. Legal professionals, to primarily instil ‘Justice’ and to safeguard the sanctity of courts, in the public eyes.

You would agree, “ Feedback is very essential ”, without which there is no scope for improvement or development in any discipline, i.e. in any field of profession. Necessity is the mother of invention, followed by research to development.  irrespective of any discipline, whether it is medicine, engineering, catering technology, Law, Administration etc. it is therefore the  feedback that matters more important.

We in India, find not only pollution of air and water but of all kinds, including the polluting of the mind, who only try to envy, see greed, be jealous or view short-cuts; who do not try to seek the truth or reality in good sense, loving each other with the basic instinct of live and let live others but instead, try to exploit one’s situation, even at the cost of others being hired, to harass, humiliate and make him give-up, influencing through money and muscle-power, with out the fear in god the almighty who is watching one’s action/deeds.

With the moral and financial support of my two sons, and god willing I have continued my fight from 2004, for justice through the court of law, or else any one in my place would have given-up, the hard task of being shunted from Chennai to Bangalore and back incurring my valuable time, efforts and money in this old age of mine, though being a B.P.(hypertension) and Diabetic patient.   With regards. Thanks.     Dr. Chandran Peechulli
