thanks a lot sir. one last question. i know my wife loves me lot and she dont want divorce. but my inlaws have brainwashed her for not talking to me. or they might be emotionally blackmailing her or theatening her not to talk to me. what should i do in this condition ? can i file any complaint or anything against my inlaws ? and what if after filing complaint i come to know that my wife is not with me . does  it harm me in any legal way ?

My dear Sachin,

Indian matrimonial law is for making the family and for not breaking the family.  What you want is a personal talk between you and your wife without any intervention of any other person.  That would be quite genuine demand and reasonable demand. Yes, there is a procedure for that.

You file Restitution of Conjugal Rights Petition.  Once notice is served on her, she will appear.  The first thing the judge has to do is to ask both of you to reconcile.  Then, immeidately you grab that opportunity that you have got every hope that the restitution is quite possible, if any third party intervention is not there.  You ask the judge the permission to take your wife to lunch and after a movie and discuss the problems in the way and resolve them.  You put such condition that her parents should not accompany her as they may not bring peace between the parties.  The judge would give you the opportunity surely if he gets confidence that you will not harm her physically and does any act which can be called "offence", when he would ask both of you to go outside and have pleasant time to sort out the problems.

Wish you best of luck.

pray rcr as advised earlier.

but it will take time to be fruitfull.

what is the reason of such behaviour by your in laws? some reason must be there. to stop one female to meet the husband is not so easy. most probably your wife unwilling to meet you due to some known or unknown reason. find it . trace it. - solve it.
