Hello, I have taken business loan of Rs. 60/-Lakhs from bank in behalf of House Property in the name of my mother. My business flopped due to that I came to ground. Now the bank is liquidating the property but the loan is not going settle since it have raised from 60Lakhs to 75Lakhs incl. Interest. Now as I now if the Loan doesn't get settled Bank will suit a case and I am unable to pay since I do service and make my family eat. What should I do to make me safe from Jail??
I don't have cash to settle bank.
I am only the person in my family to serve the stomach of my family. I do service in a company at Kolkata at the salary of Rs. 20000/- per month and we leave in a rented house.
