Instant mutual divorce in 1 day

Dear sir, Kindly educate me if there is a provision in Indian Law to obtain mutual divorce decree in one day by paying the lump sum amount through Court and all the existing cases filed by both parties can be dismissed in the same day.

yes it is possible, but if you are facing charges under 498A then you have to wait for six months .
