Insurance corporate law

I want to know, If in future, I would be handling insurance arbitration matters, advice insurance companies on insurance related laws and issues, but wherein there is no appearance in the court of law and no contracts for the insurance companies will be drafted, then what will be my designation as a lawyer? I dont think I'd  be a litigation lawyer I suppose. What will be my designation as a lawyer? Corporate or Litigation Lawyer?

First read advocate act properly and then decide

Sir,

Thanks for your time and help. My contention is that It is not about deciding. Secondly, advocates act does not make any classification as to corporate or lit. Lastly, I know what I have to do and I have specifically mentioned what all will I be dealing with, in future. Thank you again, Sir.
