Interim direction

Dear Sir's,

I had filed as suit of permanent injuction in civil court on the basis of a unregistered will, presentaly , i have ex-party stay to maintain the situation as it is or as it was "yathaisthiti" .

Now, I want to know :

1. What is "interim direction" in reference of a unregistered will ?

2.What relief, I can get under "interim direction" ?

3. Under what act or section of Cr. P. C. , I can ask for interim direction & from which court?

Thanks in advance to all of You for ur responses

It is not an interrium direction. It is an interrium order by the court. When you sought any interrium relief against the defendants. If you proved that you have got prima facie case and balance of convinience lies in your favour then relief will be granted to you.
