interim injunction not to alienate

I HV an interim injunction not to alienate the defendant property which was extended on 10 Oct - but the defendant obtained a high court stay on 3rd for all the proceedings in the suit. since extension of injunction on 10th is also a proceeding is the lower Court judge right in extending the injunction? stay of the proceeding has been recorded by the lower Court on 10th due to memo filed by defandant. now can the defandant alienate his property?? due to Hc order

When stay is granted, no one can alienate the property till the High Court Order. Even if he alienate the said sale become void and you can file petition before the high court for contempt of court.
