In DVC case, Court has awarded interim maintenece, then husband did not file appeal in time, for that went for condonation of delay, MSJ granted condonation by condition that till disposal of appeal pay half of interim maintenance, then husband filed appeal, MSJ dismiised appeal, then husband went to High Court for revision case, he did not give notice to wife in time, now the case is pending from last year in High Court for interim maintenance, wife has filed Vakalath and also filed Counter in High Court but listing date is not coming.
My query is can wife file any application requesting for hearing of case in High Court early because it is taking too much of time that too for interim maintenance?
Are there any other means by which wife gets hearing date in High Court?
