Interim maintenance appeal

Sir What is the time period to appeal interim maintenance appeal to high Court. My interim maintenance appeal has been rejected by district and session court. I want to appeal in high Court

The remedy available before you is a revision. There is no provision of a second appeal qua a maintenance order as per law. Prescribed period for that is 90 days.

Sorry to coming between you and quriest,

but question is revison is only to check the legality of the order. but when appeallant want to challagne on the basis of merit of the case what should he do.

wether appeallant should file petiton of 482crpc in that case because no second appeal lies?
