Internet cable running above/over the house compond

SIR, I HAVE TWO OPTICAL FIBRE CABLES RUNNING OVER/ABOVE NY HOUSES COMPOND PORTION NEAR MAIN GATE. NO BODY TOOK PERMISSION OR NOTIFIED AND LAYED A CABLE FROM CORNER POLE(VERY LOW IN HEIGHT) TO AN MOBILE PHONE TOWER WHICH IS ALMOST 100 FOOT AWAY FROM MY PLOT(SITUATED ON ROOF TOP) SO IT LOOKS UGLY ABSURD AND KILLS THE AESTHETICS OF WHOLE OUT PORTION OF MY COMPOUND. WHAT ARE THE LAWS AVAILABLE FOR DEALING SUCH NUISANCE. WHO TO COMLAINT? WHAT ACTION SHOULD I TAKE?

I think it is a private cable operator. You may send notice to hm to remove it stipulating certain number of days and that you will remove it yourself at his cost otherwise. Send it by registered AD. If you want send it through a lawyer. The lawyer will advise you more regardng the legal aspects of it. It will also carry weight. Then wait and see. I beieve it is exclusively your private property.
