Interstate property of hindu

Dear sir. My question is there is Mr. X a hindu is pass away without will of their house he has a 2 daughters both are married i.e mrs.A and B. Now Mrs. B IS also pass away left behind a one daughet and husband as legal heir. Now the question is who are the legal heir to claim the property of Mr. A?

ClassI legal heirs of deceased Hindu male i.e. Mother, wife, sons and daughters,have first right, and have equal share.

 

The share of deceased Hindu female in the instant case shall devolve upon her daughter.

Sir and what about the husband of deceased hindu female? Only deceased hindu female's daughter can claim share and her husband can't. am i right?

Mrs A or Mr.A…

The property that devolves by inheritance is of nature; self acquired.

In case of Hindu woman the nature and source of property matters.

In case of self acquired/absolute property; the 1st right for equal share if of; Husband(if alive as on date of death), sons and daughters….
