A School teacher is charged by police 376,302,314.
Incident: Mother lodged a FIR that her 16.3 years daughter died via excessive bleeding due to some abortion pills given by the school teacher, when teacher came to know that she is pregnant. Mother came to know from the girl itself.
PM Report says: 1. No pregnancy 2. Long wound across colon,cervix,left side of fundas(female organ) and become septic. This is anti mortem in nature.
Which shows huge discrepancies which is totally false to extract money from the teacher. Police and girls mother asked for money to make it settled and the teacher did not given that,saying why I should give money when I did not made a crime..???
Current situation: Charged was not framed from court. Lawyer is fighting to remove the 302 and 314.
Now one of our lawyer wants the inquest report( we are not sure what is that). So our other layer(who is fighting for us) is saying we cannot get that before the charge is not framed.
Can anyone could confirm if we can get the inquest report prior to the charge framed?
Also please share any suggestions if anyone have..
