There are only 2 questions in my mind in respect of Sections 268, 283, 285 & 286 of the IPC: -
1. Whether sale & distribution of LPG Cylinders, both domestic & commercial, on a public road amounts to an offence punishable under the above referred sections, apart from being violative of Clase 9(e) of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply & Distribution) Order, 2000?
2. Whether conviction can be awarded by the Court on the basis of:
a) Admission by a Gas Agency of the sale & distribution on public road;
b) Admission by its customers;
c) Police records with respect to detention of the vehicle of the Gas Agency selling cylinders on public road & subsequent action U/s 102 & 103 of the Bombay Police Act, 1951?
