Is 4.8 yrs of exp eligible for gratuity..?

Hi, I have joined with an organization on March 22 nd 2011 and my last working day in the organization is 20th Nov 2015. I think I am completed 4.8yrs in this organization so here the question is whether I am eligible to avail the gratuity or not ...?please suggest..1

You are not eligible to avail the gratuity becouse u are not qualifying the required conditions.

What is this establishment: Private, Govt?

How many days/week it works: 6 or less than 6?

Have you counted training/probation period in service ?

It's a private sector. 5 working days per week.
