is court Mediation is neccessary

I want to take divorce not want to go to court mediation. suggest me

it is a process. you and your spouse need to appear before the counselor. thereafter counselor will file the report and court proceeding will start.

yes it is first stage as soon as the court proceedings stage on first date there is counselling by counsellor appointed by court. where counsellor will hear both petitioner n respondent and make a counsellor report. it is an appourtnity to come to some common settlement. if parties don't come to common consent terms the matter will go to court and regular court proceedings will start.

Why do you make it an issue.  On the first date of counselling itself, you say in black and white that you are not interested in any mediation except to get divorce.  The other party may agree for divorce there itself.  Otherwise, the matter goes back to court to get it decided on merits.
