Is it legal to open pvt ltd company while doing llb course

Dear Sir,

i and My wife opened pvt ltd company while she was doing full time Llb and i was doing full time private job.

now we have closed the company , we just registered company name , no bank account opening & any financial transection didn't take place.

My Question -

Was it legal to open company and become director while doing full time Llb . Can any one claim on Llb degree not valid as being director and doing full time Llb course not valid .

Hello,

It is not illegal to open company and became director while studying LLB. As per there is no restriction on becoming director of company while studying LLB.

For more clearification-

Company open - 25 April 17, me and my wife bacame director in pvt Ltd company.

I was full time employee in private company in that duration.

Company closing procedure start - 1 Nov 18

No financial transaction and no bank account opening in name of pvt Ltd company, just registration.

Final company closed - 1 Dec 19

LLB admission - July 19

Is becoming a director in pvt Ltd and doing LLB illegal?

Can LLB degree be cancelled due to being director in company

according to advocate's act ,no practicing advocate shall be director of any company
but LLB is a full time degree .you must avoid to become a director in pvt ltd co . especially law student if want to go for practice in near future.
