Is it not human right violation of indian air force?

Dear All,

Can we approach human right commission for below case:

My brothers's son got dismissed from IAF about 7 years back on the charges of desertion but even now they say that he would be punished if found/surrenders. He applied twice on compassioante grounds before deserting the service as his mother passed away in road accident and he was the only son of his parents...

kindly guide us. thanking you in advance.

Regards,

Learning

A deserter can be pounished with inprisonment.  In this cae if he is dismissed (I do nto know how you are sure) he is acivilian and not subject to Air Force Act any further.
