complainant have filled criminal case against me 420,468,467,406 and the issue is in court now MCH departments illegally changed mutuation name of records without any documents (came to know through RTI ACT)
our lawyer wants to file a civil case against MCH
i want to know can we file civil case against complainant ?
our lawyer like first we have to file on MCH later on complainant
is it right ?
