I am planning to purchase a SRA flat which was registered in the year 2003 which was allotted to Mr ABC. . In the Year 2011 Mr ABC has sold the property to Mr XYZ. Now i want to purchase this property as its now 10 years old. So want to know now is it legal to purchase this property from 2nd holder (XYZ) as he has also revcd index 2 from mhada.
Even i want to know whether the rate of SRA property flat per sqft will be same as per the rate quoted by normal private flat. as this person is asking for the same price.
Also want to know whether the condition of the constructed SRA building will be good as per normal building constructed by the builder.
after 10 years is it totally safe for any person to purchase any SRA flat. pls let me know as its my hard money.
