Is judicial accountabiility bill equivalent of advocate act?

From what I understand, Judicial accountability bill will enable the same thing as what Advocate Act does as far as 'Accountability" is concerned.

While we have Advocate act for the errant lawyer, this bill will act as a supplementary that will act as a deterant to the judge in question. This is definitely welcome. It will definitely enable justice in the true sense. All in society will not be able to invoke the current provision, i.e. IPC 219.

It is well to recall that court comprises of 5 constitutents:

1. Party-1

2. Party-2

3. Lawyer

4. Law

5. Judge.
