hello my name is Ashutosh am from Nagpur maharashtra
i applied for a new connection of broadband inernet with the ISP (orange infocom pvt. LTD) in nagpur and they took 3000 as installation charges and rupees 575 as the internet plan advance for 1 month from me
and its been more than 20 days they didnt even come to see the site of instalationof internet and when i requested them to refund me my money they are not even giving me refund.

is there any way that i can get my money refunded from them i dont want a connection form such and ISP.
also i would like to ask that does signing a plane paper with some terms and condition does that paper have any legal standing?
