I plan to buy a resale property . It has two adjacent flats A and B . In sale deed the combined area of A+ B is mentioned clearly . The building plan is also showing both A+B . All stamp duty , names etc is correct and paid too . However in the Floor plan diagram in sale deed only A flat is showing as Flat A . Flat B is not there at all . Original owner says that it was not there during purchase ( 15 years ago )
Query - Will there be an issue if I purchase this flat ? Will Mutation or further sale in future for me problematic due to incomplete Floor plan ?
Way out plz , before I purchase .
