I recd a whats app from unknown number for which a court order against me issued under section 138.
order stated that
Issue NBW be issued against the accused on filing of the PF.
what to do now?
I did not have case details.
Should i contact with that person or should find a lawyer for it.
You may ignore the message. If a case has been filed and process issued, you would be served summons. As it is a case under NI138, it is mandatory that a Notice ought to have been served upon before approaching the Court.
